According to the decree signed on August 12 by the president of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, the State of Emergency has been prolonged for one more month till September 11.
One of the important changes made in the decree of the State of Emergency in the Republic of Artsakh refers to the conditions of entrance to Artsakh:
non-citizen visitors are allowed to enter the territory of Artsakh without the need to get permission from the special committee of the State of Emergency (PARET).
a negative PCR test is mandatory, from one of the officially recognised laboratories of Armenia, taken no more than 72 hours prior to entry.
